Location:	Star Park
Other Info:	One of the penguins of Star Park. Kranky asked Spyro to find Oscar to get his keys back, and once Spyro managed to kill all of the Rhynocs in Star Park he found him. The reward, despite Oscar not actually having Kranky's keys, was the fairy Beaney.
