In celebration of one of the most pointless things to know about the site, for the 800th day of darkSpyro I have updated the forums and the site in general.
The news section of the site has had a slight revamp, with 'categories' for finding news posts about each game (all colour coded of course) and a very slightly altered comments system which makes use of some of the forum changes. You might also notice a load of URL changes elsewhere on the site but they're not really that important to users.
The forum itself has got what it's had before, lost, then had again before being snatched away quickly. Yep, avatars. Amazing huh? Several fixes are also included including a change from html code to the equally similar BBCode which itself includes a quoting feature. And registered users can now also see exactly what they have previously rated all of the games from within their profile.
Oh, and here's another preview of The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning from Computer and Videogames with some new screens. Thanks go to GnastyRatchet for finding it, of course.

Hey Thanks for this update, It looks better, and I love the schreenschots, they corn field area looks humongous and really cool...
How does GnastyRatchet keep doing it? If you noticed my four posts in the previous news article (about the cover art) I spent nearly an hour going through every site with news related to Spyro today, and found all sorts of release dates, some fake boxarts and a new concept art pose for Spyro, but not this. I spent all that time finding useless facts when I'm sure finding this was no problem for GnastyRatchet! Gah! The inhumanity!!!

Rly its quite simple. I just type in The Legeng of spyro a new beginning in google on a regular basis, and see if there's anything new . Just vary the search frequently, like I got different results when I only typed in The Legend Of Spyro rather than the whole title, which was kinda wierd :/. I hav no life, so I actually hav the time to search through those many pages

I'm still a bit skeptical, but I would like to try this game. But is it just me, or is Spyro kind of ugly? All they would really have to do is make his snout a bit thinner, but...

Yep, looks like it wasn't quite real. GameStop now have the proper Xbox cover.
It says on totalvideogames.com that Cynder was actually created by a creature known as the Dark Master, so Cynder probably is not the main villain in ANB after all.
I cannot believe it took me so long to notice the rather large problem with this update though it should now be fixed. It's a good job I updated the links bar or I would never have spotted it. My apologies.
