In the culmination of the trilogy, players find Spyro teaming up with an unlikely ally - Cynder, his former enemy, to face his most challenging mission to date. As the Dark Master's (voiced by Mark Hamill) evil envelopes the world like a plague, Spyro must fulfill his destiny and unlock the true power of the purple dragon within him to stop the Dark Master in his tracks.

Story
Three long years have passed since Spyro and Cynder were trapped in the crystal, since then Malefor has unleashed his evil onto the world. In this third chapter of the epic Legend of Spyro trilogy, Spyro must fulfil his destiny and face the Dark Master. As evil spreads over the world, Spyro and Cynder must discover new abilities and unlock their true powers to defeat Malefor and stop him from destroying the world.

Am I the only one who thinks Spyro looks worse in this game than in Skylanders? I mean this game specifically, I love how he looks in the other Legend of Spyro's.
It was a very nice nostalgic feeling playing this game again on my PS3.
There were definitely some things that didn't make any sense (ie, story/design), but I truly enjoyed it nonetheless.

I started playing this most recently (I've actually had it for a while but never knew how to work the controls but then my friend helped me) and it's already a really good game. Excited to complete it!
I miss this series i need to get back

I love this game... I used to play it endlessly then I stopped for a while and I'm playing it again and watching full house reruns again just like I did two years ago
The home console versions of this game are epic, or the PS3 version in my case. The DS version...not so much.
I miss this game they should make a sequel on spyro's 20th anniversary
Amo este juego, lo pase como 1000 veces ya, jajaj. ¿que? ¿es raro una chica que habla español en esta pagina?, bueno, no importa, a mi me gusta igual. Creo que es el mejor juego de Spyro hasta ahora, porque creo que se pasaron un poco con la apariencia de Spyro en la saga de Skylanders...acepto cualquier opinión. 
If Cynder wasn't in the story plotted games from "a new beginning" to "dawn" would be rubbish tbh. Cynder has basically the most character development in the entire games between "beginning" to "dawn". Cynder is personally one of the best characters in the franchise, without her most of it would suck.
Without Cynder it would be a terrible game

I use to hate this game with a passion, now I've grown attached to it.
V Things that bug me is that the elements were a lot weaker. Except ice, poison and fear. and the boss was way too easy. I found elite bosses harder than malefor! apart from that though, it's my favourite out of the series. But i accept all opinions
