Spyro looks so friggin cute! I wish he looked like that all the time. That cover's kinda chaotic though. Like they just slammed some screens together.

Not really, they're just cameo appearances by Spyro and the games are quite plainly Crash Bandicoot games.

Would Crash Nitro Kart and Crash Twinsanity be counted as other Spyro games as they do have Spyro in them?

In the "Spyro" game, with the fairy on the cover: Spyro is the special guest of the Fairy Queen for the Royal Ball. But just before the beginning of the party, none of the fairies are ready: their dresses are still locked in the magic chests. Help Spyro give each fairy her clothes in the right order or the party will be cancelled.
Who in the whole intire Contry, United States, or I should say the WORLD would play this game!?

New Spyro game (not proper): The Fairy Dressing Game.

Hmmmm... That kinda fits in with the Spyro story from the Spyro Universe, which is suppose to happen within the time of SOI. Heh.
