@GiantFan, no the series 2 lightcore do not have wow-pow. i just checked like twenty minutes ago.
Do lightcore returning characters have their Wow Pow power

I have a friend that lives in Calgary like me and has L-Stealth Elf but not even wave 2 had been released in here
Well I know it isn't the best source but I did see an ad for Toys-R-Us for black Friday and it mentions for the first chance to get legendary Stealth Elf. So I would guess that that is when the 3rd wave will be out.
@bugy427 Hot Dog is in a battle pack on wave 3 with S2 Zap and Scorpion Stinger
if hot dog and wrecking ball are in a three pack together i would not be surprised
If the wave 2 is out on Canada by chrismas I will get the whole wave 2 as a chrismas present for me and my brother

Wave 3 is a suprise for everyone.
