Like all Wow Pow abilities, they cost 4800 gold. But having a 20% off with Winged Sapphires will cost 3000.

I just found out that when I played as Series 2 Hex with all of her upgrades, her Wow Pow is actually the strongest. With that kind of power, I was able to defeat the bosses in less than 1 or 2 minutes.
