I think wave 4 will have ninjini, jade flashwing, L-LC-Chill, S2 Spyro, S2 wrecking Ball, Polar Whirlwind, LC hex, Lc Pop Fizz, Scarlet Ninjini, and S2 Drobot.

the packaging doesn't say only at target or some other store so i don't really know.
