@ Gorantoth: Apparently, the guys who created Skylanders decided to have Legendary Chill as a LightCore figure as well. Maybe it's because having her as a regular Legendary type would be boring and lame. Since her LightCore version is clearly the strongest and much cooler that way, I'd figure it is better that way.
