Released in October 2006, The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning, is said to be the first of a new reset storyline and was developed by Krome Studios (PS2, XBOX, GCN, GBA) and Amaze Entertainment (DS).

Features
- Action/combat orientated

- Elijah Wood as the voice of Spyro
- David Spade as the voice of Sparx
- Gary Oldman as the voice of Ignitus: a red dragon, the Fire Dragon Elder and Spyro's mentor.
- Named enemies. A lot of creatures that Spyro attacks will have their own individual name (randomly assigned except for significant enemies such as bosses or some small creatures). You can read a complete list of all of the bits of the names, and view a Random Enemy Name Generator.

Hey Guys! If they ever stop making the spyro games, i will step up to the plate and make some more. I just got accepted to "Full Sail Institute". It's a place were they produce video games. I'm so excited!!! Ever played Rings? That's pretty much where that game was produced.

Me I've got all parts of Spyro. This is: Spyro the Dragon, Spyro2 Ripto's Rage, Spyro3: Year of the Dragon, Spyro Enter the Dragonfly, Spyro A hero's Tail, The legend of Spyro: A New Beginning and The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal night. All this games is complete at 100%. I want too Spyro Darkest Hour!
