The lineup for the next wave of Skyanders has been detailed thanks to Amazon.de (but unfortunately no exact release date). For brand new characters you'll be able to find Double Trouble, Cynder, and Slam Bam. You will also apparently be able to find the previously exclusive characters Whirlwind and Drill Sergeant for wider purchase.

Any word if they'll re-release the legendary pack of three? Tomorrow is my best chance at getting more Wave 3 at local Toys R Us. I will be there as soon as they open. I'll update here to let you know what I managed.

Well I had no luck yesterday at any of my local retailers here. That's two GameStops, one Walmart, one Toy R Us and one Target. None of them have had any of the wave three Skylanders in stock yet.
I just got back from Walmart a few minutes ago. It was funny, I walked in the door and the greeter said " ah you're still looking for those Skylanders eh?" Too funny. They know me there now.
The salesman at one GameStop said they do have a delivery today but he doesn't know what's in it.

Got em! Cynder, Drill Sergeant, WhirldWind, and Double Trouble! Gamestop had the four of them in single packs. I am getting lucky this week. I was banking on Toys R Us having a good shipment today, but they had nothing. Shame. 90% of my collection has come from Gamespot. Thanks GS! How about everyone else?

Sunburn with Dragon's Peak has a tentative release scheduled for the 2nd quarter (April-June) of 2012 along with Camo, Zook, Lightning Rod, and Warnado. With Wham-Shell released all the way out to the 3rd quarter (July-Sep) of 2012! That is all tentative.
I have followed This Schedule for all my current release dates. So far that list has stayed true, and only today have I managed to collect all the currently available skylanders (save the legendary and silver variants) and picked them up on the dates listed there.
