The lineup for the next wave of Skyanders has been detailed thanks to Amazon.de (but unfortunately no exact release date). For brand new characters you'll be able to find Double Trouble, Cynder, and Slam Bam. You will also apparently be able to find the previously exclusive characters Whirlwind and Drill Sergeant for wider purchase.

You will be able to get them in the following combinations:
A Triple Pack containing Whirlwind, Drill Sergeant and Double Trouble.
Single Packs of Cynder, Double Trouble, Whirlwind, Drill Sergeant.
And the Adventure Pack "Empire of Ice" with Slam Bam.
As for release date, a German catalogue gives them a vague "January" release date but who knows?

If they are releasing the rest of them in one fell swoop, I feel like it is going to be mass chaos trying to get them. It sounds like a bad idea.

i got all of them and they all totally rock for fsvs Cynder and slambam he comes in a really kool adventure pack
What they should do it ship them to all stores and EVERY store should put them out on the set date. That would be the easiest and least chaotic way
i want to know im cirious about wave 4 for this month as febuwary hope camo warnado because i saw em on ebay so it gives a clue that there coming out this month exept for sunburn i think poeple say hes relased in easter

its june for german i live in the u.s.a so im getting camo in march or april
so im i ima get camo soon its released or those stupid resellers get em on ebay
i cant wait for double trouble and slam bam not all that crazy for cynder but so far ive looked everywhere
im exited about camo and warnado no much with double trouble because i own him so so i own slam bam and cynder

Yay! I'm quite sure these guys come out in Europe tomorrow! Having a look in town on Saturday.
Still no Cynder anywhere I've looked in Spokane, WA. I'm not on a daily hunt for it though I did ask if the stores had had Cynder. So far none have.

i wish that activision would just tell us the release date for wave 3 because i really want to get them
in Ireland the release date for wave 3 is February and then in March zook,lighting rod,ignitor (single pack) and dragons peak are coming out
