A special $100 edition of the Skylanders Swap Force Starter Pack has been announced, the Dark Edition Starter Pack will be exclusive to GameStop and feature five Dark versions of some Skylanders.

The main attraction is the five dark Skylanders: Dark Wash Buckler, Dark Blast Zone, Dark Ninja Stealth Elf, Dark Mega Ram Spyro, and Dark Slobber Tooth. And along with all the usual stickers and cards you'll get a special poster featuring all of the characters from all three games.

Lost Islands this week sees the introduction of the first two Sidekicks, Trigger Snappy and Whisper Elf. They behave just like the other Skylanders but they can tackle the new Chompy Pods when they're fresh, other Skylanders must wait for it to empty. The other six Sidekicks are likely to be rolled out slowly like they've been doing with the variants. Super Tuesday this week has a double gold bonus.

It most likely will be in UK as it was first spotted available for preorder on a UK website and the price was £69.95, check out the Swap force forum
I preordered the Wii version today at my local EB Games. I couldn't pass up five Dark Skylanders and a free

I'm glad I withheld from pre-ordering the standard pack, now I have the freedom to choose either starter.

Probably. I'd rather save the $25 for the Nitro or Legendary double packs, but I have a sibling who wants it badly, hopefully he'll pay the difference.

Darn you Activision....... I said I wasn't going to buy swap force!!! But now they have just made it far, far to irresistible. Guess I have to call Game Stop soon as they open so I can make my reservation.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. There isn't a Wii U version in EB Games Australia's systems so I assumed there wasn't a Wii U version at all. I guess you can get one after all.

Probably won't be that expensive - depends who's got it. All the clues are pointing to GAME, and whilst they're currently the most expensive (at £65 for the PS3, 360 and Wii U versions and £53 for the Wii version) I could see them putting an extra £20 on the price, maybe £15 if we're lucky.
So either £80-85.

100$ is a good price the game is 40$ and 60-70$ for the skylanders
I don't have the iOS Bluetooth portal. If I want to add the sidekicks from last year, and can't find the codes, is their another way to get them?
If I use the Wii Portal on a PC and go to the website, will it give me the code for a sidekick like it does for a regular character?

This is getting bit overboard. They haven't released the game and yet they're already producing milion of variants. Great policy :/
I've collected nearly all Giants and all SSA figures, but it seems I will limit myself to the standard ones from Swap Force and maybe very few variants. Especially, since except of color and name, they are exactly the same as normal colors.
I guess fans have spoiled Activision too much. Since they've earned so much cash from Skyladners, they've completly lost a common sense and don't even pretends to hide the fact, that they want to suck us from all the money we have.

Well I went to Game Stop and made my pre-order I canceled my regular pre-order with LC Hex. I just hope the release more LC Hex characters than they get pre-orders so I can grab LC Hex as well.
my kids decided that Infinity was the must have for christmas when the toy story pack was introduced BUT i think im gonna upgrade my game stop reservation and get this for myself.....
