The legend continues in the second installment of The Legend of Spyro trilogy with the Ape King arriving at the Temple of Souls in an effort to usher in a new age of darkness. u need to do all the dragon challanges in "extras"(main menu)....when thay are done u can play as dark spyro by pressing left(walk) button=P
That doesn't even make since. You only get the dark spyro power at the very end when fighting Gaul. Unless you are using a cheat code or glitch to do so... if so, than how do you do it?
this game is awesome! 
yeah, ive done that, you can sort of fly over levels and skip them! like in the pirate dog one. just keep on flying over the ships if u want! but i rather do the level, but it's quite cool though.

I've done the special cheat with covexity.
When you go on ice then turn into dark Spyro and jump in the air and rappidly press triangle you will keep moving forward and not go down like gliding. You sort of fly but you can't turn.

I compleated this game yesterday and when I watched the movie I went quiet because it makes me feel a bit sad. AND makes me want Dawn of the Dragon EVEN MORE!
I think the guardians needed to be in it more because they've only got one movie.
