Dark Cynder 1, to get Dark Spyro, you have to beat the game, then on the main menu you have to go to "Challenges" then you do all of them, then you get Dark Spyro.

ok i am a huge fan of spyro and the legend of spyro triligy is by far the best of all the others but i have not been able to play eternal night because it is not out for xbox 360 or gamecube which really sucks so does any body know if its going to come out for xbox 360 or gamecube
