Just shoot at him very fast and nonestop. That helps alot. Begin with the body and the legs. The arms are the hardest thing on him to reach, so take them as the last thing. Hope this advice helps you!

If it is Terrador you means, you have to jump over his tail three times. Then, hit him! Then jump over his tail three times again, and hit him. Sooner he will use his earth breath, but you can't avoid it. Then he will swing his tail three times again and then hit him. Repeat this and you win!

One of my friends is currently stuck on the second dragon on the DS version. It's a bit of a shame that there isn't a DS walkthrough yet.
