The legend continues in the second installment of The Legend of Spyro trilogy with the Ape King arriving at the Temple of Souls in an effort to usher in a new age of darkness. As Spyro, players must unlock the secrets behind a series of strange visions that he is having and find the power to defeat this terrifying new force.

Hey Everybody!! I LOVED the secound game of Spyro! It is REALLY cool!!
I liked Sparx on this game because he sounded better and funnier than the first game! God I love David Spaid as Sparx. He was better than the other dude on the first game. Actually a WHOLE lot better!! Hey did you know that Wayne Brady is going to be Sparx on the 3 game? He's the African-American from Whose Line Is It Anyway? This is so COOOL!!

How You defeat Gaul is that, when in the secound round, use the Square button while Gaul is not fighting you. If you run out of magic, do you see those green light gems on the corner of the areana? use those to fill your magic bar.
If Gaul fires lasers at you, use your awesome dragon time and press R2, move left or right or press X while using R2.
When Gaul uses his tornado attack, heres what do...
1. gat caught in it and when you fly in the air, press Square button. He'll probally teleport behind you so use dragon time and fly away.
2.PRESS the charge button oppisite of Gaul. He'll get dizzy and you have time to hit him afterwards. This is all I can do for you Latonia. :-)

I acctually thought that they were going back to the temple, I didnt expect it to end in a cliffhanger
I agree thats its a good game, but the ending was crappy.

The reason why I don't like it is because it could make you think they would never get out, and it kinda is stupid that they don't return with a warm welcome to their temple. Its kinda a depressing ending.

this game is awsome
when he gose into the tornado just us spyro's horns to stay out u know like his melee attack on the ground after that go over to him while he is dizzy and hit him with darkspyro's breath u can hit him when ever u want on the last round do the fury or else he will shot the green stuff out of his eyes and he will make u fall of the edge and gaul will be turned into a stague and then be turned to dust if u do the fury 
just attack him with your breath, I recommend watching Rexy's boss guide on youtube for full detail on how to beat him.
