Even I have this game, but in a playstation emulator. Because I never could get the original cd game console.

The first thing I noticed when I looked at the Japanese cover was that Spyro's name looked like "Ripto" LOL
whovian21, i would just like to say that you make a very good point. i agree that skylanders is not a spyro game, it just has this deformed thing with his name in it. i would like to point out for those who have watched my spyro lets play (https://www.youtube.com/user/4zander?feature=mhee) i did say that i didn't like skylanders (episode 2) while i gave my opinion about the games in the spyro series. i think i might bring up the fact that skylanders is a separate franchise in a future video.

Skylanders isn't bad. It's actually a really good game. What you have to realize is that IT"S NOT A SPYRO GAME. It may have started that way, but it's grown way beyond that. It's it's own franchise now. Just look at the top of this page. This is a Spyro the Dragon AND Skylanders fansite. So if you think Skylanders is better than Spyro, okay. I pity you, but okay. But if you think it's the best Spyro game, you are wrong, because it's not a Spyro game at all. Also, if you think Skylanders is better than the Spyro games, why are you bugging the Spyro fans on their comment page? There are a great many places on this site for you to express your love and adulation for Skylanders and your opinions on it. This isn't one of them.

yeah skylanders is crap you can not even jump but in all the other spyro games you can jump and fly that's why I still love these games a lot of people on this site are missing out on what spyro is like
