Meet Spyro the Dragon - he's a fiesty little flame-spouting dragon on a GIGANTIC, 'go-anywhere', 3D adventure!

Packed with puzzles and enchanting adventures. Collect treasures, recover stolen family jewels and discover hidden regions.
Dragons come to life with hints as you free them from their spells. Enemies run and hide, hit each other, fire cannons, throw snowballs and even "moon" you.
Take full flight in secret Treasure Rounds. Shoot down planes, fly through rings and arches and more!

whan I was playing this game today I was playing the level Lofty Castle
there are two moons thay look like the ones from the legend of spyro the eternal night and dawn of the dragon same size but not the same color as the eteranl night have a look for it the nexst time you play that level

Out of all the old Spyro Games, this is my fave. I like it because it was mostly based around the Dragon Relms and it's mostly just a dragon game.

Amazing how it's not brought up until I mention it...

Yeah, I did notice that. =P
But I didn't notice that Ripto's name was spelled like Spyro...

Then the Japanese Version of Spyro the Dragon says Spyro's name is ''Ripto'', then the boss in Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer Ripto's name are ''Spyro''. Do you all see the point of what i mean?

In the Boss-World where Doctor Shemp lives, are there a moon, there also are in Spyro: Year of the Dragon in The Sorceress' Lair. The Lair in the Midnight Mountain, not in the Super Bonus Round.

Hey, I'm new here...
Anywho, I love this game! It was definitely the best one in the series.
But did anyone notice that the Chinese (or is it Japanese?) version looks like "Ripto"?
No really, look at it!
Maybe that's where they got his name. =P
