@ Felines: Spyro looks more of a badass in the American covers, and in the Japanese he just looks cute, sort of like Croc. Just something I wanted to point out.

I've always found it funny how American videogames, or at least the cover of the game, gets toned down for a Japanese release. Yet with anime, which is sometimes strong in content, gets toned down considerably when dubbed. Who can understand people?

I really want a spyro remake

I wish instead of remaking this game that they would make another spyro game that isn't skylanders. I have been bashing on it for years. Still hate it to this day. Not because it's a skylanders game but because they own the rights to spyro now and it isn't even a spyro game. I wish they would sell the rights again and just let another company take it over and make a new game with a legit storyline even if it's an alternate world or something. Sadly we will probably never see a new spyro game. I guess that's ok. At least I have the elder scrolls and final fantasy. Started to type a cuss word but I don't think that we can cuss on the forums can we?
But anyways back to my original point, the original spyro games are fun and all, but people tend to look over the fact that it WAS a ps1 game and while the ps1 was fun, I will state and I will stand by my statement that spyro 2 and spyro 3 were much better. There really wasn't much to do in Spyro the dragon. I have played all of the spyro games except for the ones for the Gameboy advance (never could find a copy of them). Out of all of the ones that I have played, I enjoyed a hero's tail and dawn of the dragon the most.
I'm not saying I didn't like them, I have liked every spyro game I have ever played except for enter the dragonfly and skylanders. Enter the dragonfly was too glitchy to finish and skylanders just didn't interest me. I thought it was really boring.

I really hope that a Spyro remake is a thing.

Guys go send message to activison and insomniac on twitter , Facebook , Instagram and whatever...Tell them that we want a spyro remake we shouldn't be quite about this .They should know that we want a spyro remake and that we are actually going to buy the game...everyone that I know wants a spyro remake after hearing the news about crash.

Seeing as how we are finally getting a Crash trilogy, fingers crossed for a Spyro trilogy as well.

I really want a Remastered Version of the Old Spyro Trylogie!
