In the culmination of the trilogy, players find Spyro teaming up with an unlikely ally - Cynder, his former enemy, to face his most challenging mission to date. As the Dark Master's (voiced by Mark Hamill) evil envelopes the world like a plague, Spyro must fulfill his destiny and unlock the true power of the purple dragon within him to stop the Dark Master in his tracks.

Story

Three long years have passed since Spyro and Cynder were trapped in the crystal, since then Malefor has unleashed his evil onto the world. In this third chapter of the epic Legend of Spyro trilogy, Spyro must fulfil his destiny and face the Dark Master. As evil spreads over the world, Spyro and Cynder must discover new abilities and unlock their true powers to defeat Malefor and stop him from destroying the world.

They don't excactly need Ignitus for more games; he wasn't even around in TEN, and I don't think he will be needed to learn Spyro's fire breath in DotD. I wonder if Cynder will be around in other games? And Hunter, and the other Guardians.

I heard that there is going to be more spyro games, and i highly doubt that ignitus will die, its to soon, if they are going to make any more games tey can't kill off Ignitus he's like a father to Spyro, speking of fathers, woldnt that be crazy if Malefor WAS Spyro's father, that will be like the biggest twist EVER, i did hear Elijah Wood saying that there was going to be alot quite big twist in the nezt one, and if Malefor is Spyro's father what are they going to do about the other games?????? its not going to be about spyro stoping Malefor, maybe Malefor changes his mind about being evl and he accidently created a creature much worse than him???? i dont know well just have to wait and find out, OMG i just cant wait for DOTD to come out, its just so exiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

yeah, that's something someone just gives away at an interview... I don't think someone would be thick enough to just blurt out a major spoiler like that at an official interview. That would ruin a company's entire game before it comes out. You "read" that is was... so it's not proof. It's either a fake or fan-based rumor. You have to watch out for those. You wouldn't believe the things Ive herd so far.

I really don't want anyone to die. But it could be Malefor.
Wait as soon as Malefor is gonna kill Spyro Cynder will shout " You can't kill him!" The Dark Master will say "Why?" And Cynder will say " Because... Because he's your son!" It's always the way.

hi. i cant wait for the game. ive had like, 15 dreams about it this month. i hope no 1 dies. ill cry if somebody does die. i can wait much longer.

There is going to be and I wonder what it will be about.
But I'll protest if there isn't.
Sparx is awsome and I couldn't live when he buzzed.
He's so much cooler now.
