In the culmination of the trilogy, players find Spyro teaming up with an unlikely ally - Cynder, his former enemy, to face his most challenging mission to date. As the Dark Master's (voiced by Mark Hamill) evil envelopes the world like a plague, Spyro must fulfill his destiny and unlock the true power of the purple dragon within him to stop the Dark Master in his tracks.

Story
Three long years have passed since Spyro and Cynder were trapped in the crystal, since then Malefor has unleashed his evil onto the world. In this third chapter of the epic Legend of Spyro trilogy, Spyro must fulfil his destiny and face the Dark Master. As evil spreads over the world, Spyro and Cynder must discover new abilities and unlock their true powers to defeat Malefor and stop him from destroying the world.

The Legend of Spyro is the best game I ever played! This site is cool as well. The new Spyro movie sounds good! (There is also a TRANSFORMERS 2) Malefor is my fav character, then Cynder,Sparx. Spyro is the best!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey wanderist. If you want to know how to kill elite enimies, the color of thier mask depends on what breath to use on them. Here is a little guide to help you.Orange: Flame
Green/Brown: Earth
Yellow: Electricity
Blue: Ice
Red: Fear
Light Blue: Wind
Green: Poison
Purple/Black: Fear
Just use their element for a while on them and there mask will come off. I hope this helps.

YES! I have finished the game!!!!
Spyro and Cynder DO NOT DIE!!! They escaped the falling core of the world. And there not in that cristle thingy. The carmra just zombed in a bit. Then they show avala and Spyro and Cynder are flying around it. Also, the chronicler says that though he has tried his best, he was unable to find any trace of Spyro among the pages. Is that enough proof to you people who think that Spyro and Cynder have died? Sorry if this is sounding a bit rode.

Malefor was hard when the fight starts, I keeped on dieing as soon as the battle started. When you go to attack him, he fights back and he breaths out shadowfire or somthing that does magor damge. I was thinking, "WHY DOES EVERYONE THINK MALEFOR IS EASY!!!??? HE IS FLIPPING HARD!!!" but soon I got the hang of it and it was easy. The third round is the easyest. You just need to attack that purple ball until our fury metor is full, then bye bye Malefor!

this game is uber awesome!! everyone who has played this thinks the same I think. really good graphics and storyline makes sense as well the new features (like the fact you can take flight now) really add to it. realy neat, good job on this!!

ashleigh, the last blue gem is on the ledge where the grumlems(not spelled right) are with the green and red crystels. The ledge was hard for me to find
