Necro, you're missing the point.

Yes, they added knew stuff, but the knew features were really disappointing. The flying was crap. You couldn't even fly up high. You could only fly about a couple of inches above the ground. In the original Spyro games, when you can fly, you can fly up high and there is nothing to drag you down. Heck the flying made things easy, because you couldn't fall to your death, you don't have to jump over cliffs and you can just fly away from all the enemies. I prefer only gliding, because it makes things harder. And it replaced CHARGING! Charging was a staple move in the Spyro games, and they shouldn't just get rid of it. They should have chosen something else to replace that wasn't a staple. And if you're doing single player, then the character you're not playing as is just useless and annoying. It hardly helps you when you're in a battle, and when you're trying to do something important, it just gets in the way. They should have had split screens, so both players can go wherever they want without any limits.

Have you heard of the back story behind this game? Krome Studios was previously making the game, and they were close to finishing it. But then all of a sudden, Serria (or whatever it's called) decided at the last minuet to stop it and start again, because they wanted Spyro to be all grown up for his tenth anniversary (which made a huge plot hole, because when a character gets frozen in time, they're not suppose to age, and they stay the same no matter how many years go by). Then they kicked out Krome Studios and brought in Activision to make the game. Because of all that, they didn't have that much time to make the game, thus rushing it. So basically, they didn't try hard to make it perfect at all, because if they did, then they would have delayed the game and took more time to make it. You can tell it was rushed, because the ending was nowhere near satisfying, and everything Malefor said just added another few plot holes to the series, which already had about a thousand of them.

We know it's not going to change, and we're aloud to say that we don't like it. How about you (and any TLOS fans who agree with this guy) go and stick up for Enter the Dragonfly then? No? Yeah, I thought so. smilie
You don't know that for sure. There is a chance that they're going back to the originals, and there's a chance that they're continuing TLOS. I have my proof that they're going back to the golden days. One of the writers for the Spyro movie said that Activsion is going in a different direction, and they canceled the movie because of this different direction. One of the producers for TLOS trilogy left, and Activision got in a different composer to do the music. And a few more things happened too. They're all linked to TLOS trilogy, which, to me, is a little suspicious. Not to mention that they did bring back the original design of Crash in the latest Crash game, which was canceled. They seemed interested to give him back his original design...

Leon, the movie is cancelled. That Imdb paged hasn't been updated since 2008, with the Spyro Movie was in production at the time.
