Released in October 2006, The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning, is said to be the first of a new reset storyline and was developed by Krome Studios (PS2, XBOX, GCN, GBA) and Amaze Entertainment (DS).

Features

- Elijah Wood as the voice of Spyro
- David Spade as the voice of Sparx
- Gary Oldman as the voice of Ignitus: a red dragon, the Fire Dragon Elder and Spyro's mentor.
- Named enemies. A lot of creatures that Spyro attacks will have their own individual name (randomly assigned except for significant enemies such as bosses or some small creatures). You can read a complete list of all of the bits of the names, and view a Random Enemy Name Generator.

I love the flying levels! :D
I became so excited when I played this game for the first time. This really dragged me deeper into Spyro fandom. I think David Spade was the best sparx voice in all of the Spyro games too, my opinion.
then, as the gems of other colors are nice and round, like you think the landscape? I guess cute or not?

Say it is the magic of the game itself, and because Spyro need to change them for $$$$$ to be rich with Cynder, hehe just kidding xdxdxdxdxdxdxd

the gems are so pretty. i wonder what happens to them though when spyro picks them up. i guess hes supposed to absorb them but it would be hard to absorb something harder than ROCK.

Spyro new beginning is AWESOME ive like completed it 5 times =)
if you load a new game onto your saved file once youve got spyro leveled up spyro you can him leveled up at the beginning but a tip: the electric training is hard when you have to sling the enemies into the target
