I hate having to follow that thief to the secret area! it was super hard with the monkeys.
I really like Tree Tops and Misty Bog just like every other level in the game, it's just that there really is no room for much error at all in those two levels. You really have to know where you're going and what you're doing. And how the enemies react and such. I've played this game billions of times so now I know what to do in them and how not to damaged so much with your life bar. Trust me, I used to hate these two levels with a passion, but now I know how to complete them, they're cool.
Sometimes, depending on my luck I may lose at least one life in Tree Tops where I'm trying to rescue a dragon on a platform that needs multiple supercharges and jumps to get to. And I may make Spyro jump too early or to late and he'll end up not making it. The same with Misty Bog, when I get up to the part where it is a small cave filled with hard to kill enemies, I may get disoriented within there and end up losing a life.

treetops was great. i think it's really neat how the red and green theives guide you to "secret" areas. but mistly bog - oh GAWD, lease favorite level in da game
Tree Tops Was A Mess At Times. But A Nostalgic/Fun Level Though.
And I Dont Know Which Speedruns Were Harder, This Game Or Spyro Enter The Dragonfly. (ETD Had A Tough Difficulty At Times).

@ ashleigh: Wow, I should try and do that. I've never actually thought about doing that before, I suppose you would have to be charging everywhere the whole time and skipping all the cutscenes too. I bet the flight levels are a pain to complete quickly though, and Tree Tops, and also Misty Bog.
I did a speed run of this game to a 120% and I did it in a night and I won the speed run I am doing all the spyro games not the gba or ds
