I remember reading somewhere that Insomniac did see that Spyro looked like Ripto in Japanese, and that's where they got the name from for the boss; Ripto.

Is it just me, or does the Japanese logo look like it says "Ripto"?! smilie

I just found out the other night that the old-school Spyro trilogy's been available on PSN since last December. Now I need to get a PlayStation of some kind so I can play them again!

OMG i love this game. I have been a long time fan of Spyro! smilie I didnt know they had this game. I though it was just Season of Ice and Season of Flame but its NOT! I got this game on my PS3 network. And i Love playing as a cute small little heroic dragon saving the world. I honestly dont like the skylander series. I like the Legend series just not all tht much. But any game before tht is better. They shuld make more Spyro games. They're ÄWËSÖMË! See wht i did thereu ALT CODES! smilie

@SigmundSeal: Okay, you can play the game in different ways, if you're not going for 100%, you can skip the flight, and boss levels and still be able to make it to Gnasty Gnorc. You could probably skip quite a bit if you just wanted to get to the end quicker? Who's Jed? What level is he in?
