SSF: I agree, A Hero's Tail is quite challenging.
I think that Spyro 3 is the one that is the most challenging out of the original trilogy, AHT would come second.
I love toasty and how he turns out to be a sheep, I also love Dr Cool and how you can flame his bum!
This game is definitely the most challenging one out of the classics. The music is gorgeous, it never gets old. The level designs are brilliant, very vibrant and appearing larger than it really is. Although the bosses never talked, you could feel a charming connection with them.
this is my favorite classic game~
I love this gmae only the whole games, but if I had tyo choose between the classics it's crap.
When I said cheesey I ment its cover in a good way, Because I love it, and the actuall game!
Agreed with SuperSpyroFan...
In my own opinion, STD was the best of the entire series of Classics.
And PurpleEye, if you actully play and beat one of the games, you'll regret saying that xD

Completly disagree to all of what you just said, I bet you're one of the people who hasn't grown up with the original Spyro series so that's why you think it's all cheesy.
The first one is pretty cheesey and has that good old fashioned look about it. The second one is quite dark and has an added mystery look around it. The third one looks like its for 2 yr olds! (no offence spyro!)
Ok, in order of my fav classics would be yotd, gwtg then spd.
First time I ever played a spyro game and I was hooked from the start ^0^
I don't like YotD as much as the first two, I've been playing it, and now I have realised why when I was a kid I never played it as much as the first two, the reason being is that most of the challenges in that game for me are a lot harder then the first two, and I also don't really like the Sparx levels.
I do like the level design and the fact that you get to use other characters. I like how the story progresses but the ending scene isn't all that great, I find it too long and random. Spyro 2 has the best ending in my opinion.

Yeah i don't know why everyone likes that that much.
Boaring compared to the first two.
Would not care if the never made it.

The classics are by far the best, i mena't it as in it's my least favourite from the classics series, it's one of my favourites from all of the games together but if I had to pick, my fav from the classics would be..... Yotd.
