In the culmination of the trilogy, players find Spyro teaming up with an unlikely ally - Cynder, his former enemy, to face his most challenging mission to date. As the Dark Master's (voiced by Mark Hamill) evil envelopes the world like a plague, Spyro must fulfill his destiny and unlock the true power of the purple dragon within him to stop the Dark Master in his tracks.

Story
Three long years have passed since Spyro and Cynder were trapped in the crystal, since then Malefor has unleashed his evil onto the world. In this third chapter of the epic Legend of Spyro trilogy, Spyro must fulfil his destiny and face the Dark Master. As evil spreads over the world, Spyro and Cynder must discover new abilities and unlock their true powers to defeat Malefor and stop him from destroying the world.

Cool. I think at the end of Dawn of the Dragon it will say like, 1 year later and then it has Spyro and Cynder with there tiny dragon offspring running around them! Ahhh!! 
hi crash dude or did the cronicler say when the dark master returns she will conside and he was reading the futer soo maby on a clip at the end spyro kills the DM but befor he dies his soul flys in cynder who becomes evil spyro the defets evil cynder killing the DM and cynders a bit scared but ok then they hed of back to the tempel

i don't meen to brag but over the summer i realized i can spyro and cynder reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally good.

Well I think that Malifor001 has got a good point. Cause if they were only friends Spyro would be mad at Gaul for smashing Cynder against the wall, but in my opinion he looked as if he was gonna die if she was killed.(Oh by the way, I think they should make a Legend of Cynder game).
