In the culmination of the trilogy, players find Spyro teaming up with an unlikely ally - Cynder, his former enemy, to face his most challenging mission to date. As the Dark Master's (voiced by Mark Hamill) evil envelopes the world like a plague, Spyro must fulfill his destiny and unlock the true power of the purple dragon within him to stop the Dark Master in his tracks.

Story
Three long years have passed since Spyro and Cynder were trapped in the crystal, since then Malefor has unleashed his evil onto the world. In this third chapter of the epic Legend of Spyro trilogy, Spyro must fulfil his destiny and face the Dark Master. As evil spreads over the world, Spyro and Cynder must discover new abilities and unlock their true powers to defeat Malefor and stop him from destroying the world.

this spyro game was barley on storyline, spyro should solo without cynder and use the purple dragon fury, heck in that game he couldnt even use the fire dragon fury

Those aren't yours, and they aren't official either, The Darkest Hour was the original name for DoTD, and Shades of Destiny is a fangame idea.

just before you enter the ruins of warfang mason says this door was built for an exit to our city not for going back in it can only be open from inside so how can you exit a city if the doors can only open from the the other side i just dont get it

y did this game leave us hanging i gust wanted to know were spyro and cinder is and if they have or had kids. so when i herd a movie was coming out i was so happy but now the movie as died so there is a void in my life so i went to deviant art to see if some one made a book that takes place after the last video game and i found a book called the legend of spyro age of heroes book 1 and there is a book 2. i highly recommend these books if u are a die hard spyro fan!!!!!
if the dont make another game i will have a mental breakdown i am not kidding mark my words i will . but i am always wondering what will they call it. i think they might make another trilogy i hope elijah wood will be spyro, again and if they making another trilogy of the same story i want christina ricci as cynder and so on and so on. that would be awesome. i didnt like spyro's old looks or voice he looked kinda weird and sounded kinda weird
