Developed by previously unknown (and since) companies Equinoxe/Check Six, this game, it's safe to say, was rubbish. Easily the worst Spyro game ever created. Though I might as well have this section despite that.

There's very little to the story of this game. Basically they're still celebrating the Year of the Dragon festival, but now it's time to give the baby dragons their dragonflies. However Ripto shows up, mucks up a spell and loses all of the dragonflies all over the realm. Even Sparx. It's up to Spyro to save the day again.

You know what's weird? I bought this game when it first came out and said "OMG THIS GAME IS AWESOME!!!" :/

Now I know how much it sucks...

I'm tryin to get a dragonfly in jurassic jungle, and it's in glass. I kept breathin fire on the gems, but they stop glowin when i go across the room. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

when i completed the Time Attak challage in the dragonfly dojo, i flew around. i had lots of fun!

This is the only playstation2 spyro game i never did complete but it sucked so much with the wait time and junk i just didn't want to play anymore. smilie

This game is dodgey.
Bringing Ripto back was a bit stupid.If they were going to try to make this game like the first three they should have given it an good storyline.


It's only my opinion though.

i sorta agree. but i like the return of ripto! old villans sometimes return, and get to wear the new graphics!
