Developed by previously unknown (and since) companies Equinoxe/Check Six, this game, it's safe to say, was rubbish. Easily the worst Spyro game ever created. Though I might as well have this section despite that.

There's very little to the story of this game. Basically they're still celebrating the Year of the Dragon festival, but now it's time to give the baby dragons their dragonflies. However Ripto shows up, mucks up a spell and loses all of the dragonflies all over the realm. Even Sparx. It's up to Spyro to save the day again.

NOTE TO SELF: Never EVER jump off a ladder or the screen goes black!!!
NOTE TO SELF # 2: Never EVER jump and charge into the theif behind the ice gate or else the camera spins around and u cant pause or ANYTHING!!!

It's not just the glitches and long loading times that make this a bad game. There are many other reasons.

it might do but how would you catch the dragonflies? oh yeah, you could just run up to them and they'll trap in the bubbles themselves. just like in spyro 2 in aquaria tower when you have to free those baby seahoses.

Lotsa glitches, that's for sure smilie

And in my opinion, Bubble Breath was a BAD idea. :/ It ruins some of Spyro's image.

I love this game but i agree that it has alot of glitchs. even though i think all spyro games are brillsmilie i think it was to short compared to the PS1 games before it. the storyline really was terrble but. smilie
Still think Spyro is better than Spore (like spore hero on wii), Mario (new super mario is cool) and Sonic (sonic unleshed is great).
