The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning

Released in October 2006, The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning, is said to be the first of a new reset storyline and was developed by Krome Studios (PS2, XBOX, GCN, GBA) and Amaze Entertainment (DS).

Features

• Action/combat orientated
• New breath abilities, fury attacks, melee and aerial combo attacks
• Upgradeable breath abilities
• The new storyline explores Spyro's origins, all the way back to when he hatched and was raised by a family of dragonflies
• Fire, Earth, Electric and Ice breaths.
• The villain is a female black dragon called Cynder.
• Krome Studios are taking care of the Xbox, PS2, Gamecube and GBA versions whilst Amaze Entertainment are making the DS version again.
• Five bosses to fight during the game
• Spyro returns to the skies
• Elijah Wood as the voice of Spyro
• David Spade as the voice of Sparx
• Gary Oldman as the voice of Ignitus: a red dragon, the Fire Dragon Elder and Spyro's mentor.
• Named enemies. A lot of creatures that Spyro attacks will have their own individual name (randomly assigned except for significant enemies such as bosses or some small creatures). You can read a complete list of all of the bits of the names, and view a Random Enemy Name Generator.

honestly, as you probably know im a fan of the insomniac "era", so im kinda disappointed in the big combat focus on these games. and i miss sparx being all cute. he was so adorable in spyro 2, 3 and 5. =[

For beating Cynder I just kept using the Earth bombs and Earth breath - once you run out of breath just charge at her & jump out the way before she attacks you

Just after Spyro's first flight, when you reach the ice barren land, there's a force field stopping you from reaching the enemies. How do you get past it? Am I going the right way? Sorry - I'm kinda new to this! ta!

I am an addictive spyro game player n i thought spyro: a new beginning was easy, iv completed it n iv only had the game 3 days n its not like i was playing it none stop. n i didnt use cheats, the only thing i found a bit difficult was the puzzles

U need to jump and then press circle 3 or 4 times to break the wall. And her name is Cynder, not Cindra. I sure hope that gave u enough info

I need to know how to beat the wall in Cindra's castle not very far into the game.
