In the culmination of the trilogy, players find Spyro teaming up with an unlikely ally - Cynder, his former enemy, to face his most challenging mission to date. As the Dark Master's (voiced by Mark Hamill) evil envelopes the world like a plague, Spyro must fulfill his destiny and unlock the true power of the purple dragon within him to stop the Dark Master in his tracks.

Story
Three long years have passed since Spyro and Cynder were trapped in the crystal, since then Malefor has unleashed his evil onto the world. In this third chapter of the epic Legend of Spyro trilogy, Spyro must fulfil his destiny and face the Dark Master. As evil spreads over the world, Spyro and Cynder must discover new abilities and unlock their true powers to defeat Malefor and stop him from destroying the world.

Yeah, I think they'd die with the world too if it was destroyed?
There also were lots of people/species that weren't in those tunnels, weren't there (I'm not sure, as I haven't played this in a while)?
I don't think it sounds "gay" (I hate that insult), I think it sounded a bit selfish (had he not thought it would save Cynder) and cliche.
But that's cool if you like it! Like what you're going to like.

He still had the whole entire world to fight for (besides, what about Malefor?). And when he said it, he probably meant it, since Cynder seriously turned back. I doubt Spyro really planned that to happen.
If the world ended, wouldn't they die with it too?...

Why Spyro said " you left me nothing to figth for" was becouse he was there alone to fight with Malefor and + Cynder, wich he wouldn't fight with. So he thought that all hope was lost. But what happened next 
Cynder turned to normal Cynder and and they got another change to save the world.
What about Sparx and the others? They was alredy safe in the endless tunnels. So the answer for why Spyro said so was becouse he lost his hope... To me that didn't suond dumb or not either gay. It sound to me very cute.

I agree, that was a real wuss move.
And I also agree, SxC was quite predictable. It makes the game worse for me. I don't like the thought of them together.

I agree, that was just pure stupidity saying he had nothing to fight for when he had the whole world and his best friend/brother and friends to fight for. He wussed out.

When he said "I have nothing left to fight for" I wanted to punch him in the face.
What about the guardians? Ignitus? Sparx? The world? There's plenty to fight for.
I don't think it's the best couple in fantasy. There's plenty other good ones that make sense, in my opinion.

And Spyro and Cynder is a very cute couple. Best couple in the world / fantasy!
I just love the thought of Spyro and Cynder together! It makes the game's ending very happy.
To me, i think they love each other and i think that he did secretly love her, the signs are there but he shuld of sed i love you too or somat, like heres a nother sign at the scene in Malafors Lair, he turns cynder o bad and she says "why wont you fight back!", then he says, "cause ill have nothing to fight for"

Well it was quite ovbious when ignitus tells cynder that the chains were on spyro and herself because it was their destinies.After that spyro and cynder met eyes and that seemed to be a loving glance.
