I mean I think she wanted revenge on Malefor, not Ignitus.
Revenge against Ignitus?
If so, I don't even see why.
I already stated he couldn't possibly help her. He would've went down like the other guardians, and ALL the eggs would've died, including Spyro.

He tried to protect Spyro and Cynder while going throught the wall of fire and it used up all of his power.
Wait, just wait...... How does Ignitus die if at the end of the game, he becomes the new chronicler? You totally just twisted my mind
Cynder wanted revenge.
I always thought she wanted to fight Malefor more as well.
The other thing isn't a bad assumption, it's just kind of selfish/stupid of Cynder in my opinion.

Near the end of the game...
Maybe Cynder was more worried about fighting Malefor than Ignitus.
Um, Ignitus couldn't have helped the raid. If the other 3 got beat, why would he be any different?
And if he got beat, Spyro would've died. Thus we have no game and Malefor automatically wins.
Just saying, if that's why Cynder didn't care she needs to look at the other side of the coin.

Guys, I figured something out...
You know when Ignitus dies? Cynder acts completley neutral. I know why. On the night of the raid, Ignitus made no effort to protect any of the other eggs in the grove, she probably hated him for letting her be used for The Dark Master's Bidding in effect!

yes but ... its hard to say for that one
Plus what is cynder? she seemed to be dark before she was corrupted (her egg) but she was the only dark one. if there were dark dragons wouldnt there have been a dark guardian?
u have a point, purple!!!!!!
i wonder why malefor is darker because evil isnt an animate thing right? spyro is just purple. or is it like that for all dragons and the different elements are also in different shades to tell each other apart.
i agree
