Developed by previously unknown (and since) companies Equinoxe/Check Six, this game, it's safe to say, was rubbish. Easily the worst Spyro game ever created. Though I might as well have this section despite that.

There's very little to the story of this game. Basically they're still celebrating the Year of the Dragon festival, but now it's time to give the baby dragons their dragonflies. However Ripto shows up, mucks up a spell and loses all of the dragonflies all over the realm. Even Sparx. It's up to Spyro to save the day again.

if the glitches were re-done it would have been a charming game. I could headbash through the ice gate *teehehe*
I hate it when thers an em glitch. Sparx will go to pick up the gem but it doesn't count, and then the gem is still laying on the ground. And i can't pick it up. So i have to exit out of the world and then come back to get the gem.
I got this game yesterday. It isn't THAT bad. If Sierra made it then it would have been better. The worst part of this game is the glitches! One time when I was playing it froze on me!!!!! The swimming glitch is the best glitch because it is useful and fun.
If you do the swim in air glitch you can swim through the castle and go behind the castle.look around and you see a yellow thing.Go to it and it is hunter.he is floating and inside the cliff.I know where hunter disappeared to now.And youre right.hunter looks stupid.
So what's the difference between the PS2 Platinum version of this game and the normal PS2 version...?

I read the page on Wikipedia, and it said, had the game not been rushed, it would've had 3 homeworlds and 120 dragonflies, instead of 1 homeworld and 90 dragonflies. Also, I was playing Year of the Dragon, and there's 150 baby dragons. So why is there only 90 Dragonflies??

this game was made soo fast that there are more than a million glitches, like the one my little sister found........CHARGING IN AIR!!!!! I did swim in air glitches, spyro's head gets turned all the way around, falling nonstop when im supposed to die like in cloud9 i fell and i ketp falling into total darkness, and more.........
I have this game and while I was playing i couldn't go somewhere past this gate because i needed a certain breath type
