The fifth major console version of the little purple dragon has arrived. Spyro returns this time developed by the company behind such games as Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds, Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy and Crash Bash. Eurocom. They bring with them a fresh feel to the series that had been nearly completely ruined by the efforts of the last company in Enter the Dragonfly.

Spyro: A Hero's Tail is released on all three major consoles, the PS2, GameCube and Xbox. Featuring five playable characters including one brand new character, Blink the mole.

Once again the Dragon Realms are in danger, this time from a fellow dragon. Red, the evil dragon, a fallen dragon elder has placed many dark gems all over the realms in order to gain control over them. Their powers are seeping into the world and corrupting it. It's up to Spyro and friends to save the world again!

I wish I had this game. It's the only game I don't have for PS2 (i played all the GBA ones on my VBA, the only Spyro games i need to play is this one and Shadow Legacy smilie)

Spyro the Dragon 72-Hour Marathon. Almost every game will be played in the course of 72-hours. Please attend this Thursday-Sunday. It starts at 12:00PM Central Standard Time. We're trying to raise money for The Children's Miracle Network. Google them for more information about them. All money donated will go to Children's Miracle Network, and only the Children's Miracle Network. We will not take any money from the donations. We have raffle prizes for every game played.

We will have a live voice commentator and text chat for fans to talk amongst each other. A simple way to have fun!

The story-line is easy if you've played it through enough times (The First Time I battled Red(1st Red)I nearly put an ax through the PS2).Red 2 was Okay(Mecha Red)but I died 2 times because of running off f the black edge over a black bottomless pit whith black walls.smilie.Eldor Astor (the green elder)is my favorite.He's the most peppery of the elders and sort of grouchy but funny.Elder Magnus is gay.Think about it;Pink male, gay voice, & the "Pole Spin" ,realy?Elder Thomas is very helpfull, but I refuse to believe that, in reality,Dark Gems can only be destroyed by horn dive. What about a bazooka?LOL smilie.I can't remember the other eldor's name but he's pretty funny.
