The fifth major console version of the little purple dragon has arrived. Spyro returns this time developed by the company behind such games as Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds, Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy and Crash Bash. Eurocom. They bring with them a fresh feel to the series that had been nearly completely ruined by the efforts of the last company in Enter the Dragonfly.

Spyro: A Hero's Tail is released on all three major consoles, the PS2, GameCube and Xbox. Featuring five playable characters including one brand new character, Blink the mole.

Once again the Dragon Realms are in danger, this time from a fellow dragon. Red, the evil dragon, a fallen dragon elder has placed many dark gems all over the realms in order to gain control over them. Their powers are seeping into the world and corrupting it. It's up to Spyro and friends to save the world again!

What's messed up here is you freaking out over someone liking Ember more than Cynder.

Cynder being awesome is your opinion. I don't like Cynder much. I hate her personality, she's a damsel in distress having to be saved by Spyro a lot, she doesn't lift a CLAW to make it up to him, and I hate her fanbase, attitude, and design.

I find that more annoying than Ember saying that one line.

leavenjess, i hate to get ticy on you but WHY-ON-EARTH-DO-YOU-LIKE-EMBER-MORE-THAN-CYNDER!?! its messed up. i mean she's cute and all, but... cynder is AWSOME and definitly more big girl and dose Deffinitly not go...(i am sure you have all heard this line) "don't ya think spyyyyyyroooo?" i mean, you can hear her saying that right?

all of the alternatly played characters are awsome and flame is so freaking awsome. also playing as hunter was made me hyperventerlate ☺

I don't get why people say Ember is a stalker when she didn't follow Spyro around at all in the game. She simply disappeared.

Either people don't know what "stalker" means, or they just want to find SOME reason to hate Ember.

i played for the first time today, i saw ALOT of simerlaritys(do not know how to spell that)with this and ANB, also embers wierd

i still think the first three were the best (GO INSOMNIAC!) but this is a MILLION TIMES better than ENTER THE DRAGONFLY/ WORST SPYRO GAME EVER
