Spyro: A Hero's Tail

The fifth major console version of the little purple dragon has arrived. Spyro returns this time developed by the company behind such games as Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds, Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy and Crash Bash. Eurocom. They bring with them a fresh feel to the series that had been nearly completely ruined by the efforts of the last company in Enter the Dragonfly.

Spyro: A Hero's Tail is released on all three major consoles, the PS2, GameCube and Xbox. Featuring five playable characters including one brand new character, Blink the mole.

Once again the Dragon Realms are in danger, this time from a fellow dragon. Red, the evil dragon, a fallen dragon elder has placed many dark gems all over the realms in order to gain control over them. Their powers are seeping into the world and corrupting it. It's up to Spyro and friends to save the world again!

same here. good game! first one I ever played when I was tiny in the 24 hour fittness kid club. they had a game cube there and this was my favorite game there.

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I have just found all the Flame set and really want to play as him...but I don't know how to access it! I bet it's right in front of my eyes and obvious, but I just can't seem to find the place where you can select Flame. Can someone please point it out? Thank you so, so much.

This was a great game, though after Eye of the Dragon- no, BEFORE that, after yotD, Spyro just seemed to lose it's magical touch. One of the reasons this game wasn't the BEST was because once you killed enemies and left for five seconds, they would come back .

alright purple playing hunter is the most fantastic experience spyro has to offer it isn't wierd it's amazing and if u dont believe me ride a real leopard and give it a bow and arrow then see if it malls u if it kills u in the process oh well but if u live through the malling and the heat of the african jungle. then go and play the game and see if it opens up a can of tooth and claw ass whoopping on u or those gnasty gnorces.

I love this game! I love trying to find the Light Gems and Dragon Eggs!
My favourite area is Dragonfly Falls, it's amazing
