The fifth major console version of the little purple dragon has arrived. Spyro returns this time developed by the company behind such games as Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Chaos Bleeds, Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy and Crash Bash. Eurocom. They bring with them a fresh feel to the series that had been nearly completely ruined by the efforts of the last company in Enter the Dragonfly.

Spyro: A Hero's Tail is released on all three major consoles, the PS2, GameCube and Xbox. Featuring five playable characters including one brand new character, Blink the mole.

Once again the Dragon Realms are in danger, this time from a fellow dragon. Red, the evil dragon, a fallen dragon elder has placed many dark gems all over the realms in order to gain control over them. Their powers are seeping into the world and corrupting it. It's up to Spyro and friends to save the world again!

Yep definatley get it. But remember, when done playing the game for the day presss start and go on options and save the game otherwise it won't save your progress. smilie

This game is really fun. You get to search around for dark gems to stop Red's evil doing and you get to explore creative worlds with a bunch of new characters! And you get to do some sweet tricks, too! smilie

I once got stuck being Ember and i couldn't go back to Spyro haha. When I tried to load, it said that I haven't unlocked Ember, so i couldn't reset it... but i fixed it somehow! smilie

I love being ember on here. She's so cute! I like spyro second best to Ember on here and I hate the way flames snout looks. :L

i've already beat the game 100%. the rewards are freakin awesome. if u are having any trouble, go to this walkthrough on this site, go down to the part you are stuck at and i gaurentee you will find what your looking for or your problem will be solved. with this walkthrough, it's a guarenteed 100%

No purple not them. It's really hidden! Like I think u have to be on the mini games.

there is one in dragonfly falls. when your going through the tunnel with boxes (as spyro) jump up the left and there is a door. i cant remember how many light gems it takes.
